Morningside Christian Preschool
Welcome to Morningside Christian Preschool. We are happy you are interested in our program to help your child grow and learn in a loving, Christian atmosphere! Here at Morningside, we are committed to making every day a happy and positive experience for your child.
The Pre-K 3 & 4 program will meet your child’s needs through a well-developed curriculum designed to stimulate growth in reading readiness, hand-eye coordination, as well as understanding number concepts, shapes, and colors.
The Pre-K 2 program provides a safe and loving environment for your child. This program offers a wonderful opportunity for your child to develop much needed social skills and to interact with other children. Children must be 18 months old by August 20 to register for the Pre-K 2 year old class.

3 and 4 Year Old Preschool operates three days a week: Tuesday - Thursday.
Pre-K tuition is $165 a month, with a $100 registration fee.
2 Year Old Preschool operates two days a week on Tuesday and Thursday.
MMO tuition is $140 a month, with a $100 registration fee.
School hours are 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Call the church office at 706-561-0343 for more information or to register. You may also download a registration form here.
We follow the Muscogee County School District schedule. If county schools are closed due to weather, we will do the same.
Curriculum for Pre-K:
Our Curriculum is designed to stimulate the social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual growth of each child. These goals are centered around weekly themes. A monthly calendar will be sent home with your child to let you know what he is learning about each week. Download our 2013-2014 preschool information booklet here.
Creativity and Imagination are encouraged through centers. Our centers include: block-building, home-living, play dough, painting, puzzles, and various craft projects.
Music is enjoyed through singing, rhythm activities, and listening.
Spanish: Introductory to the language.
Physical Development occurs through group play, outdoor play, and small and large motor skill development activities.
Readiness Activities include shapes, colors, numbers, name recognition, and learning the alphabet.
Library Time: Every Wednesday PreK 3 and PreK4 classes visit the Library.
